Engineering for Real Production

Winstone’s production-line development focuses on practical manufacturing requirements rather than unnecessary complexity.

Automated Control

The WS20 uses PLC-based control and touch-screen operation. Four control systems coordinate different production sections of the line.

The presentation specifies Mitsubishi PLCs, Siemens motor controllers and major-brand electrical components.

Continuous Roller Technology

Independent variable-speed control allows the roller stations to work together while maintaining dough web tension and production synchronization.

Steaming Technology

The three-tier steaming system uses a 30-meter working section and SUS316 wire mesh belt construction.

Frying & Heat Exchange

The oil frying heat exchange system uses SUS304 ripple tubes, automatic temperature control and PID control.

The supplied presentation states that the system is designed to improve thermal efficiency and can save up to 500 kg/h of steam under its stated configuration.

Automatic Product Arrangement

Winstone developed an automatic collecting and arrangement system to address product disorder and manual sorting requirements between cooling and packaging.
